Tottenham Hotspur News - Spurs to rekindle winger interest
News | admin | November 15, 2009 at 2:33 pm
Tottenham Hotspur are being linked with a move for Sevilla winger Diego Capel.
The Spanish international has been a long-term target for Spurs and a move could be back on the cards after Sevilla refused to discuss a contract extension until the end of the season.
Capel said: “During my time here I have matured and I really enjoy playing for this club. I have no problem with the contract talks as I prefer to live day to day.”

Hey – Sky News say Van Persil could be out for months!
Sweet
Diego Capel is a fantastic player and i wish that the news was treu, Thank u Chiellini fo making my day!
This is a strange one – we were linked with him before because of the juande connection and he is apparently a very promising player but now have modric regulalrly playing LW, with potential backups of krank, bale, gio and danny rose, I read somewhere that he has played 11 times this season and set up one goal, which is hardly outstanding. For me, there are other priorities.
for fcuks sake its a central midfieder we should be concentrating on.
Balázs Dzsudzsák (PSV) would be the best choice
