Tottenham Hotspur News - Hutton in loan talks with Sunderland

Sunderland are in talks with Alan Hutton over a possible loan move from Tottenham Hotspur.
The Scottish right-back is currently behind Vedran Corluka in the pecking order at White Hart Lane.
Redknapp told Sky Sports News: “There are maybe one or two things going on. I think Alan Hutton has gone up to Sunderland today on loan.

With Kyle Naughton going on loan to Boro, why would Spurs loan their only specialist cover for Corluka. Also Sunderland have signed the Egyptian RB already, so why would they take Hutton on a loan.
