SkySports understands that Tottenham are preparing a Summer transfer move for Serie A and AC Milan star Suso.
The 23 year old enjoyed an impressive campaign for I Rossoneri in Italy last season, scoring 7 goals and creating a further 9 assists in all competitions.
According to Spanish daily, Marca, the former Liverpool player could be on his way back to England this Summer, with fresh transfer interest coming from Tottenham, in which Mauricio Pochettino is still looking to add more depth to his attacking options for next season’s Champions League campaign.
This is not the first time that Spurs have been linked with the Spaniard, as The Mirror reported a possible link between Suso and Tottenham back in March.
Spurs are without Erik Lamela for the foreseeable future and now even Korean sensation Heung-Min Son has been tipped to miss the start of the season due to a broken arm, so a move for Suso would certainly make sense there, especially considering the winger has yet to sign a new contract with Milan.
The report also suggests however, that Spurs will face strong rivalry from Napoli for the forward’s signature in the upcoming transfer window.
