It has been announced that Tottenham Hotspur’s north London derby clash against Arsenal at White Hart Lane could be re-scheduled if Spurs reach the FA Cup semi-final.

Should Spurs beat Fulham in the FA Cup quarter-final replay on Wednesday night, the semi-final against Portsmouth would take place on Sunday April 11.

That would mean the Premier League fixture against Arsenal, due to be played on Saturday April 10, would be moved to Wednesday April 14 (kick-off 8pm) and would still be shown live on Sky Sports.

Not so much a “could be rescheduled if we win the replay” but more of a “Will be rescheduled”.

I’d heard rumour that the Arsenal game would be moved to the end of the season….. If it does get rescheduled, the Goons get a fulll week to prepare, as opposed to our 4 days.

can you imagine, if game is played at end of season, we need to win for 4th place, and the Arses need to win for the title, it will be like a cup final, bring it on.

i agree, that sort of match would be just epic! but of course it would be even better if both teams fielded full teams which i cant say could ever happen this season with each clubs respective injuries…
