levy is a twat as much as i love spurs and think we are moving in the right direction, just don’t rate levy since pretty much he sacked jol! And after selling keane and berbi and leaving us fucked! Seems like a tight wod really and i feel sorry for bent, i think its right that he’s gone but he has give his all to this club with out moaning about being sub week in and out, good luck benty

My sympathies are with Bent. If it was the first time Levy bungled his way through these things it would be different but it’s farce after farce

What about than numpty Bruce banging on about Bent not being treated humanely?
He should have kept his mouth shut.
It’s all very tedious for everyone but it all comes down to one simple fact: Spurs value Bent at a certain amount, if Sunderland want him they will have to pay that amount. It is therefore them that are messing about.
I don’t deny that we are notorious for dragging these things out, but usually as the buying club.
All in all we need to go back to basics and only allow players to talk to other clubs once a fee has been agreed. If Bent had been pulled from the plane due to the fact that the clubs had an agreement, then he would be a mackem right now no?
