    Pretty sure Gallas is injured and that midfield is going to be completely over-run as VDV will play a free role whether asked to or not, plus I think he's still struggling with an injury too. For Me its:

    Gomes
    Walker – Dawson – Kaboul – BAE
    VDV – Modric – Hudd/Palacios – Bale
    Crouch – Defoe

    With Lennon as super-sub or in for VDV if he's not fit.
    Pav was awful against Bilbao, otherwise would have picked him ahead of Crouch.
