Roman Pavlyuchenko has once again insisted that he wants to stay at Tottenham Hotspur.
The Russian striker has drifted in and out of the Spurs team during his three years at White Hart Lane and was heavily linked with a move to Spartak Moscow.
Pav’s agent insists that talks over a contract extension will take place when the squad arrive back in London from their pre-season tour of South Africa.
“We haven’t talked about Roman’s future with Tottenham yet,” said Oleg Artemov.
“The team is in South Africa at the moment and then we’ll negotiate about his contract extension.
“We don’t care about any other offers because Roman wants to stay in London. His heart belongs to Tottenham.”

We need to clear his ilk out, not reward them with new contracts.
Well overrated.
we need a striker that is far more consistent!! and he ain’t our best striker Defoe is u got 2 remember how much of last season he missed through injuries so i’d get rid of crouch and Keane and give pav 1 more season 2 prove he can be consistent and bring in 1 top class striker…..
Even Forlan took a full two seasons of regular football to come good for both his club and internationally.
As for the "truth" or his "intelligence": if you believe anything that the media prints then you have problems with both of them.
