Tom Huddlestone will miss Tottenham’s trip to Old Trafford tomorrow evening.

The midfielder was absent for the 1-1 draw against Everton last weekend with an ankle injury and has failed to recover in time to face Manchester United.

He joins the likes of Ledley King, Michael Dawson, Vedran Corluka, Jonathan Woodgate, Jamie O’Hara and Jermain Defoe on the sidelines.

“We’re really pleased with how he’s coming on,” Redknapp told the official site when asked about Defoe. “He’s always positive about getting back and playing.”
