Jordan insists Keane will return to Tottenham

Spurs coach Joe Jordan insists there is no chance of Robbie Keane staying at Celtic.
The Republic of Ireland striker moved to Celtic on loan for the remainder of the season in January, but Jordan feels that Keane still has a major role to play at Spurs.
He told the Sunday Herald: “Without a doubt [Keane will return], he’s the captain.
“Harry [Redknapp] brought him back here and he was a major player in getting us out of trouble last season, not just on the pitch, but in the dressing room as well.
“He was an influential guy, he’s a leader, and there’s not many of them going about. It wasn’t just the player, it was the person we wanted.”

Tell you what jordan, you may want the person, but we want a player, and no, he is not our captain Ledders and Daws are, you muppet.
i just don’t see him breaking the starting 11 if pav stays.
If he is captain why send him out on loan?! Our problem is we have to find a permament captain and stop faffing around passing this mantle all around the squad dependent on injuries. Led’s will never play many games so a bit dumb to make him club captain. Give it to Dawson, stick with him and be done with it. He has worked his socks off this year and fully deserves it.
Keano is not really needed..let him get a bit of a reputation back up in scotland and then flog him to someone willing to pay well over the odds for an average striker..once brilliant but not got it anymore
The team's been better without him and to bring him back would make us a laughing stock. To me he's as welcome
as the traitor/clown Campbell and about as bloody useful. Sell him to anyone but don't keep him.
