King suffers new injury blow – could face op

Tottenham defender Ledley King could face surgery after suffering another groin problem.

King has been out since October and suffered the injury in training on Tuesday.

Quoted in several newspapers, Spurs manager Harry Redknapp said: “Ledley was playing great and then, with the last kick of the morning, did his groin again.

“We’ve been deciding if he needs an operation or not, so we’ve been pushing him a bit. He’ll have to talk to the medical people now to make that decision.”

      depends on salary, he can still do a good job. New contract should be pay as you play
