Aaron Lennon has suffered an injury setback but could still be fit in a couple of weeks.

The Spurs winger was progressing well from his groin injury, but felt some discomfort during traning.  He has already as undergone an MRI scan, and is set for an ultrasound to determine the extent of the damage.

Redknapp said: “He was close to getting fit, but has had a bit of a setback.

“Hopefully it should not put him back much from where he was, and he could still be fit in a couple of weeks.”

Craig, I second that about Lennon. It’s quite alarming that, with such a strong squad we heavily rely on Lennon!

With your team, the only problem there is that we all know that Modric is far less effective starting in the centre of a 4 man midfield. I think that Bale will hold his place at left back when BAE returns and quite like the balance of Bale overlapping a Modric/Kancjear that come inside on their favoured right foot.

It would be a case of Lennon for Bentley and give Pav a chance with Defoe.
