Romelu Lukaku is set to snub interest from Tottenham to sign for Everton according to The Metro.
The Belgian striker spent last season on loan at Goodison Park from Chelsea and asked to leave Chelsea last month following the arrival of Diego Costa.
The Metro claim that Lukaku is hours away of making the move permanent in the next few hours for an undisclosed fee. Lukaku showed promise at Everton last season, but did disappoint for his country during the World Cup.
There’s no doubt that Pochettino needs to bring in another forward to his ranks at the Lane, it now appears that Swansea City’s Wilfried Bony is now the prime target.
