Malaga have given up in their pursuit of trying to tie up a loan deal for Tottenham midfielder Adel Taarabt.
The Moroccan international has already stated his desire to leave White Hart Lane, but will not be heading to the La Liga outfit after a deal couldn’t be reached between both clubs.
“This option is now totally closed and the club is working in other areas,” said club president Fernando Sanz.
