Oleg Artemov, the agent for Roman Pavlyuchenko has spoken of his expectation that the Russian will extend his stay at White Hart Lane.
Spurs have been in contract talks with Pavlyuchenko for a couple of months, after the striker produced a remarkable turn around in fortunes to become a key member of the Tottenham squad.
Contract talks had stalled between the two parties, but Artemov has claimed that despite interest from abroad, the striker wants to remain a Spurs player.
“In two weeks time, I will fly to London. There will be a meeting with chairman Daniel levy and we will discuss the extension of the contract.
“As I have said, I want to improve the personal terms for Roman. There is a good feeling that everything will end well, as both parties are keen to continue their co-operation.
“A German club has addressed me, but Pavlyuchenko does not want to go anywhere. He is fine at Tottenham, because he has already made himself at home in the team.”
