News | admin | July 23, 2009 at 11:51 am
Juventus midfielder Christian Poulsen could be set for a move to the Premiership.
Juve director of football Alessio Secco hinted that the Danish international could be bound for England, with Tottenham and Portsmouth said to be interested.
Poulsen is surplus to requirements at the Italian giants, and Barcelona have also been rumoured to be tracking the 29-year-old.
“Christian understands the situation, Secco told Tuttosport.
“He also knows that he wants to play in the World Cup. We are working to find a solution that suits us and him.
“What is new? Something has happened in England.”
Would Christian Poulsen be a good addition to the Spurs squad? Whatever your view – share it with us below.

I think he would fit right in at Spurs…..and cheap aswell!!
He is so class… and he’s made of steel. If there is one footballer I’d love to have on the spurs midfield when Palacios is not fit, or for them to switch from game to game, it’s him. He’s got european experience, and he wins so many balls. Covers a huge area on the pitch. And yeah, he’ll be rather cheap. Buy, buy, buy.
