Report: European giant looks to sign Tottenham player on loan before September 2

Kyle Walker-Peters has been the undisputed first-choice right-back for Tottenham so far this season, but that has largely been down to a lack of competition.

Whether or not the 22-year-old Englishmen would have been in back-to-back starting XIs or not if Juan Foyth was fit is another matter.

As for Serge Aurier, the Ivory Coast international did not appear for Spurs during pre-season due to his African Cup of Nation performances and he has only been seen on the bench since.

In fact, Soccerlink now report that AC Milan want to take the right-back on loan for the rest of the season with an option to buy next summer.

TeamTalk state that Aurier started just six games last season, a year in which Kieran Trippier was first-choice before being sold to Atletico Madrid.

If Aurier is to leave North London, the deal will have to go through by September 2 when the transfer window shuts in Italy, Spain, France, and Germany.
