TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR are now being linked with a surprise move for Luis Figo.

The 36-year-old retired from football in May after a spell with Inter Milan, but Harry Redknapp recently spoke to the midfielder at he Sir Bobby Robson Golf Classic tournament in the Algarve.

“We talked, since he is obviously a great friend of Sir Bobby Robson,” Redknapp told A Bola.

“Obviously we talked about football and he told me he had not yet decided anything about his future.”
