Bryan Ruiz - Tottenham transfer target

Another player who has been linked with Tottenham over the course of the transfer window is heading elsewhere.

Sky Sports sources understand Fulham have agreed a £10.6million deal to sign FC Twente winger Bryan Ruiz.

Ruiz said recently: “Fulham is a serious option for me. That is also a Premier League side and it is a fantastic league.

“Fulham already contacted my agent. If Fulham does become serious, we will definitely talk.”

    Harry have watch him and he found that he has a lot of shortcomings in order to join Spurs:

    he is too intelligent,

    he has an excellent ball technique,

    he can play in any position in the attack and

    he can score using both feet and his head.

    Besides he has another serious minus point: he has a winner’s character.

    Also we shouldn’t forget that Harry has a soft pot for slow-witted players.

    He's a class player in Holland and although not yet as good as Suarez was when he left Ajax, I wouldn't be suprised if Ruiz ends up being a very good player for Fulham. We could've used him.

    I'd hoped Spurs would get Ruiz…..he's a goal scorer and a hardworking, brilliant attacking player. Oh well…..another chance gone a-begging.
