Saha hopes Blanc snubs Spurs

Louis Saha is hoping Laurent Blanc stays as France coach beyond Euro 2012.

The striker was released at the end of last season by Tottenham and hopes that Blanc will remain at the helm of the national team rather than taking up the regins at White Hart Lane.

Blanc has reportedly held initial talks with Tottenham and saw his 23-match unbeaten run in charge of Les Bleus come to an end after a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Sweden.

Maybe Saha should just focus on finding himself a club for next season…

“He’s a top manager,” Saha told TalkSport.

“He’ll always have interest. I can imagine him being in the Premier League because of his experience.

“I want him to stay in the job for France because he has been doing a terrific job so I wouldn’t like him to go to the Premier League yet.”
