Spurs look set to miss out on Joe Cole

Joe Cole is reportedly in talks with Lille about a loan move to the French champions.
The Liverpool midfielder has been linked with a move to Spurs and Harry Redknapp has already admitted that he would like to bring Cole to the Lane.
It is believed Cole is now in Northern France to meet with Lille officials with a view to finalising a move.
The England international, 29, has struggled to make an impact at Anfield since joining last summer, playing just 20 games.
