The team Poch should pick to beat APOEL

Tomorrow, Tottenham Hotspurlook to make it two wins out of two in their Champions League campaign when they face APOEL Nicosia in Cyprus.

We know from Pochettino’s press conference that the trio of midfielders Mousa Dembele (ankle), Victor Wanyama (knee) and Christian Eriksen (illness) join long-term absentees Danny Rose and Erik Lamela on the sidelines, while Jan Vertonghen and Dele Alli miss out through respective suspensions.

Nothing less than a win will do if we want to progress past the group stages. After beating Dortmund in our opening game, we’ve really got to beat APOEL home and away to put us on nine points and give us every chance of being in the mix if we can pick up a point or two against group favourites Real Madrid and the return game against Dortmund.

Here’s the team we’d like to see Mauricio Pochettino pick for the match. Agree or disagree? Have your say below. COYS
