[Video] New Spurs stadium construction update

On 14th May 2017, Tottenham Hotspur played their final ever game at White Hart Lane against Manchester United after 118 years.

The very next day, the cranes moved in and began demolishing our spiritual home and since then a lot of work has taken place as the excitement builds towards our new stadium.

Fellow Spurs fan, Chris Cowlin has been keeping a video diary of the construction work taking place at the site of our new stadium and it’s fair to say that work is progressing well.

The builders are working every day of the week – 24 hours a day to try and ensure that it is ready for the start of next season. As you’ll see from the video, a lot of glass panels have already been installed to the exterior of the building and the steel framework within the new south stand which will host the ‘Dortmund-style’ stand has grown in size.
