It’s back to the Premier League for Tottenham this weekend as we welcome Wigan Athletic to White Hart Lane.

If you were Harry Redknapp, what would YOUR Spurs starting line-up be for the match?

    I don't think we should get too complacent – even against Wigan – so I'd expect the strongest side available. Particularly given the fact we have a couple of weeks off.

    Will Gallas be ready? I thought he was a few weeks off yet.

    From what I understand Gallas isn't quite match fit yet, so this might come a week too early. I'd play Kaboul ahead of Bassong.
    In midfield I'd opt for Nico Kranjcar ahead of Jenas. I think he offers more going forward and is better able to make things happen in the middle of the park.
    Up front, assuming Arry gets JD to have the operation, then I would have liked to bring Keane in, but his relationship with the management team is so poor I doubt we'll see him anywhere near the first team, anytime soon, unless it's an emergency.

    Dont understand why you lot would play Pav, dont get me wrong he was our saviour at young boys but the lad has got no touch, he's clumsy, a turning circle of a bus and generally pap awareness. Am i wrong???????????

    With Defoe likely to be playing I predict an unchanged side from Wednesday, aside from the swapping of Bassong for King and Cudicini in goal for the injured Gomes.

    What I'd prefer would be:

    Cudicini

    Kaboul, Dawson, Bassong, Bale

    Lennon, Huddlestone, Jenas, Kranjcar

    Defoe, Crouch

    I picture us being able to take the game to Wigan, and with Niko cutting inside from the left and Bale charging forward from LB it would almost be a 3-4-1-2!

    As long as we get 3 points on the board I am not too concerned. Would be nice to see Gio get a cameo and see if he can be a game-changer against some of the smaller teams.

    I really dont believe crouch and pav can play together i think they are to similar so i would play gio just behind crouch if defoe does need an op

    palascios played well against young boys and his aggression won alot of balls in midfield. he has to improve his passing. crouch will put the shaky wigan defence under a lot of pressure and kaboul played better than bassong.
