VIDEO: Ramos not expecting stronger Spurs side than first leg

Dnipro coach Juande Ramos looked ahead on Wednesday to the second leg in their Europa League last 32 tie against Tottenham Hotspur.

The former Spurs boss takes a 1-0 lead into tonight’s match and insists that the onus is on his Dnipro players to progress through to the next round.

There’s no doubt that Ramos would love to get one over Levy and co at the Lane.

Juande Ramos, Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk coach(on whether he expects to face a stronger Spurs side than in the first leg): “I would like to say that the whole Tottenham squad, all 20-plus, are all of a very high level and I do not expect a major change in the quality of the team if two or three changes are made. I think it is all about Dnipro and about us showing our best and it’s up to us not to make mistakes, it’s up to us to deliver the result, to make it easier for us to get through the tie.”
