Lloris given all clear following CT scan

Tottenham Hotspur have revealed that Hugo Lloris underwent a precautionary CT scan at a Liverpool hospital last night and was given the all-clear.

The Tottenham goalkeeper was knocked unconscious after colliding with Romelu Lukaku’s knee with ten minutes to play of the 0-0 draw at Everton. The clash was so severe, that the Everton forward also had to leave the field of play with ice on his knee.

Tottenham confirmed via their Twitter:-

Head of Medical Services Wayne Diesel told the official site: “Once the relevant tests and assessments were carried out we were totally satisfied that he was fit to continue playing.”
