The Daily Star has said Real Madrid are ready to offer Tottenham Luka Modric in a cash-plus player deal for Harry Kane.
The article says that according to Spanish news outlet Don Balon believe Real ready to table the cheeky offer.
It adds that it’s highly unlikely Spurs would even entertain such a deal though even though Modric was a fans’ favourite during his four-year stay in north London.
The article goes on to say that Real are having a shocking season in La Liga – despite securing title and Champions League glory last term – and a major overhaul is expected in the summer adding that rivals
Barcelona are a whopping 19 points ahead of Los Blancos and speculation continues to mount about Zinedine Zidane’s future.
It adds how Kane is attracting admiring glances from across Europe given his prolific form with the England international notching 30 goals in 30 games so far.
Spurs have repeatedly said that Kane won’t be sold even if a world-record bid is put on the table this summer and they don’t want to sell any of their top talent ahead of their return to White Hart Lane for the 2018-19 season.
Kane is very much a wanted man and it would be foolhardy to think otherwise however he does seem committed to the cause but a phrase always used these days “you never know in Football”
