Spurs £39.6m offer only one received for French midfielder

According to talkSPORT Tottenham are the only club to have bid for in-demand Olympique Lyonnais midfielder Tanguy Ndombele this summer as Manchester United and City hold talks for his signature .

The article claims that French Twitter account, Paris United, who are known as a reliable source of information surrounding French football, say that Spurs have seen an offer of £39.6million (€45million) rejected by the Ligue 1 side for the 21-year-old enforcer, as several sides from across Europe chase his capture.

According to the article the tweet says: “The only offer so far comes from Tottenham and goes back several weeks. Offer of 45M considered insufficient. Discussions with other clubs (Manchester United, Manchester City, Juventus, PSG). If Ndombele does not leave this summer, it will extend with revaluation.”

The article adds that Paris St Germain and Juventus are also interested in a move for the French under-21 star, who made 50 appearances across all competitions last season.
