Spurs turn attention away from Malcom

The Daily Mail say we are ready to step away from Bordeaux winger Malcom, a move could clear the way for north London neighbours Arsenal to sign the Brazilian.

The article says Bordeaux want around £45million for the 20-year-old in January and and that Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy have opted to prioritise other targets.

It adds that Arsenal will sell Alexis Sanchez this month as Manchester United and City offer rival bids and Malcom is high on Arsenal’s list of replacements.

It goes on to say Manchester United, who first made enquiries for Sanchez back in September, are also among Malcom’s admirers.

It describes how Brazilian has become one of the hottest young properties in Europe after becoming an integral part of the Bordeaux set-up, adding that Malcom made the move to Ligue 1 in January 2016 after 51 appearances for Corinthians in two years.

He has been one of the most impressive performers outside of PSG in France, scoring seven goals in 20 games for Bordeaux.
