We are weighing up a summer move for Red Ball Salzburg midfielder Amadou Haidara, according to reports.
The Sun say the club have sent scouts to watch him and they have been impressed by Haidara, the 20-year-old midfielder, in particular watching his performances in this season’s Europa League – where Haidara has helped Salzburg reach the quarter-finals.
He first joined Salzburg in summer 2016 from JMG Academy Bamako in his homeland of Mali, but was loaned out to Liefering for the duration of his first season in Austria.
He returned to Salzburg,and has established himself as a key figure in their midfield, making 41 appearances in all competitions this season and the 20-year-old made his debut for Mali last October, and has gone on to represent his country on one further occasion.
