According to an article in The Sun Spurs are to make a £15million take-it-or-leave-it bid for Jack Grealish.
The article says that Daniel Levy aims to put Championship Aston Villa’s cash woes to the test with the the take it or leave it ultimatum
It adds that board of the stricken midlands club met yesterday to discuss how to avoid a winding-up order with the Villains needing to find £11m this month for outstanding player payments.
Villa Park Chairman Tony Xia was hoping for a bidding war for star asset midfielder Grealish ,in order to to ease Villa’s budget by as much as £40m and satisfy Financial Fair Play.
The article goes on to say that a rumoured Chelsea bid has yet to materialise and Levy may take advantage, however Mauricio Pochettino is also looking at Norwich midfield ace James Maddison, 21.
