PL: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs Man City

It has the potential to be a really hi-tempo game. I'm not sure tactically the best way to play them, but always got to go for the win. A loss won't make or break our season as mentioned before but a win could be more than decisive in terms of the run in.

PL: Swansea City vs TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

So happy for the team! You cannot under-estimate how much the players and coaches have worked to get this run going. The top six have really pulled away collectively and no one seems to be dropping many points. Whatever happens, given the amount of negativity surrounding our club, I'm certainly proud at supporting this great club. Fuck the haters!

PL: TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs Crystal Palace

This is one, head scratching season! We seem to just be picking up the points and have a manager with an 80% win record in the league but the deflation levels and expectations seem low! Oh well, carry on as is...please Soldado get a brace or hat-trick soon!

Let's Hear it For Tim! Extend His Contract!

Hard to argue in performance, but I think we make top twenty (or 25) most supported teams online? Not sure if I can get a link but I remember reading this recently. We pay enough to managers for sure!

You need some tasty challenges to put off that Arsenal side. What annoyed me most about Walcott's taunt was he knew the game was over; it's just us fans that were left truly frustrated. I don't know what happened with regards to the laugh, but I agree; there's a time and place for this and when you are 1-0 you have to have a tactical mind on how to exploit their weakeness'. I don't think Arsenal hit top gear and that's what hurts most. Tim should be judged on the remainder of this season and supported to the bitter end. It can still be a fantastic year; we have managed to keep up with the top somehow, despite being the poorest looking side in the top 8, maybe even top 10. Our next few games will show if we have enough and I'm not referring to depth of squad; do we have enough of the want to make this a success. There are lots to look forward to in terms of emerging talent, but we really have got to sort out defensively where we are. Dawson shouldn't be captain long term; he looks like he has a hear of gold, but we really need a dependable leader; one that can shake our side up when needed. Vlad is doing some crazy stuff; strange after a great performance at Man Utd. We need consistency! Have Sherwood provide this platform? We'll see in the next few games. It is hard for him as he has a depleted squad but he reckoned he was good enough for the seat so he's got to deal with it. If he succeeds in this tough period he deserves a lot of praise.

A sign of a good manager is the response in defeat. We looked poor, embarrassed the fans with what I thought was a woeful performance. I didn't like rose (semi) bad mouthing avb with respect to soldado. That sort of voice needs cutting out the team; what goes on tour stays (sort of!). The problem is we bought an unbalanced team and we've ended up selling generationally our best player, only for our bitter rivals to pick up one of their best to fund this transfer. If this wasn't known at boardroom level in advance then levy doesn't really know what he's doing. I'm disappointed that avb didn't work out, but always behind the manager whoever that may be. Sherwood is not quite the novice as made out. He will promote youth and knows the club and forget the Gooner tag; he's ambitious and conducts himself well in interviews. He ain't perfect but really who is?

    MEDICAL STAFF and COACHING?

The question for me is how many first 11 starters were 100% fit for yesterday's game? I don't think rose and adebayor looked fit. I think what the op is mentioning is about long term repeating injuries measured proportionally against other prem sides? I don't have the answer but I think we've been guilty in the past of bringing back players too soon from injury.

FA Cup 3rd Round: Scum vs TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

If I was Sherwood before the home NLD I'd just have the picture of Theo and others and a hardback copy of twitter feeds to show how much it means. We didn't show up today and we were awful in quite a few different ways. I feel sorry for our goalkeeper; even in mad moments he is world class so I can't think what he must mutter in his head when he sees two tanks turning at full naval pace in front of him. Soldado is an enigma. He has a great touch and awareness but just looks likes he's frustrated. Maybe he is the type of player that only works with loads of skilled players around him. That shows, for me how good Bale was in his final few seasons. What I hated most about today is that Cardiff took Arsenal to 88mins before they scored. We always looked like we were going to lose today, right from the pre game tunnel hugs. I want our players to hate them with a passion. I want them to wear the white shirt with pride. I also want Danny Rose tested for fitness; I'm sure he had a pot belly that put my christmas spread to shame. Fucking hate the smug gooner c***s! Are these players ever going to realise what it means. One little bit of light was Nabil's stamp on the ground; naughty but I liked his anger, controlled (on the edge) but legal.

They passed te ball and defended better for 90 mins. we had no real shape, which in fairness was made harder by our lack of squad in the middle. Vlad was poor, rose mistake was tragic, at 0-1 we always had a chance, worst mistake I've seen in a derby for some time.
