Nacer Chadli signed OFFICIAL

Recommended Posts

Twente winger Nacer Chadli would be interested in a move to Tottenham this summer, his agent has revealed.

Belgium international Chadli has emerged as a top target for Spurs in the last few days, with Andre Villas-Boas looking to overhaul his midfield options.

Villas-Boas has already moved to bring in Brazil star Paulinho from Corinthians, and skilful attacker Chadli is next on the list.

Spurs are yet to make a formal offer for the player, but his agent Daniel Evrard has opened the door for a move by insisting Chadli would be interested in joining the north Londoners.

‘It has been known for a while that Tottenham are interested in Nacer,’ he said.

‘We would welcome this move, but I don’t think the two teams are in talks yet.

‘We’re still waiting for a contract offer.’

Spurs are thought to be preparing a £6million bid for the 23-year-old, who almost joined Fulham last summer before the deal collapsed at the last minute.

Twente have already admitted that the player could leave, but they want a fee closer to their £10million valuation.

Tottenham are open to haggling, and hope to raise extra funds by selling Tom Huddlestone, with Sunderland and Fulham both interested.

Sunderland have already been given permission to speak to Huddlestone, while Fulham believe they can tempt him across London with a wage increase.

Spurs will accept bids in the region of £5million.

With the 5million that we get for Hudds, I would honestly just pay the full price for Benteke. It's technically spending 20 million on him. Then with the sale of Ade and Parker, we can potentially buy Chadli for free. That means 37 mil is spent out of our 50mil transfer funds. Which means we have a good 13 mill for other transfers. Not to mention we haven't sold the others on the transfer list yet.

I know this is kind of irrelevant, but considering how Chadli plays for the Belgium national team, did anyone else know that Belgium is extremely good? I think I know who I'm going to root for next World Cup.

Would our side, right now, be able to top the Belgium National team?

I'll take just about anyone who would feature for them.

Yeah I think this current Belgium side is everybodies second favourite team at the moment. That midfield trio of Dembele, Fellaini and Axel Witsel would be a match for virtually any other, not to mention Hazard in front...Their backline ain't to bad either

Just like any other player we don't really know....some "experts" are saying he is under rated and would be a real top signing and others are saying he is nothing special....can't believe a fucking word from most of these expert ponces anyway.

We will find out if he signs

Should be a decent signing and to have on board for the trip to Asia is a real bonus. So we have a beast for the midfield and we have wing cover or perhaps even a starting winger. Rose and Townsend seem to be staying which is good. Kaboul and Sandro healthy.

So a striker and I think we are looking decent for a solid go at it......
