Some of the Tottenham Hotspur have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts after the 1-0 win against Inter Milan.
Christian Eriksen ensured Tottenham’s bid to reach the Champions League knockout stages will go to the final group game after the Dane scored a late winner against the Italians.
Tottenham now go into their final match of the group away to Barcelona knowing that they must match Inter’s result when they face PSV Eindhoven at the San Siro. There is no doubt who face the more difficult task.
Inter tried to rally to salvage their hopes of qualifying with a draw at Wembley and could have done so late on if it was not for a superb piece of positioning by Toby Alderweireld to block Kwadwo Asamoah’s thunderbolt strike from outside of the area.
Next up for Tottenham is the North London derby away to Arsenal on Sunday.
