Tottenham manager André Villas-Boas praised his players’ performances after their 2-1 win against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light in the Premier League on Saturday.
We have now picked up seven points out of nine in December and are just three points off second place in the table. The second half performance at the Stadium of Light was a much better display – we had plenty of creativity compared to the first half and really should have scored more than two goals.
The important thing however, is that we came away with all three points. Where are the likes of Neil Ashton (Daily Mail) who was quick to put the boot into us after the Man City defeat.
