Tottenham Hotspur take on Sunderland in what could make or break our season, depending on what also happens at St James’ Park when Newcastle take on Arsenal.

Spurs 2-1 win. Nervy performance especially start of match but our quality and fans will see us through. NUFC v Arsenal 1-1.  I’m seriously praying / hoping / wishing!! I will be an absolute mess and will have to be in the middle of nowhere so not to keep watching and checking scores which is gonna be a bit hard as my mum and other half are Spurs fans and I’ve just had a baby boy 10 days ago!! COYS!!

Have something to tell us about this article?

  1. If all these idiots think there will only be one goal at St. James Park… they should bet on that under… that's an outrageous prediction. I don't know which way that game will go – but there will surely be 4+ goals

  2. all you spurs supporter out there this one is for you the guns are now out shots are firing from all sides NUFC have no where to run Tottenham we just shoot your spurs off another year of pain

    • A pity we lost all our previous winnable games. Arsenal will go through to the CL by one point above Spurs. What a pity!

      • But we won at least a couple of losable games – against MU at Old Trafford and Man City at the Lane – so you can say things sort of balanced out. Still, I agree. If we had beaten Fulham at home (they were pants but we were shit) we would not be in the position we find ourselves in now. But all in, come what may, I must say we've had a great season. To be involved until the last day of the season – how often have we enjoyed that?

  3. I've got a feeling Arsenal and Spurs will draw. Typical Spurs, can never make that step up with the big boys.
50 years – one Champions League/European cup appearance.

    • Bradley. SPURS ARE THE ORIGINAL “BIG BOYS” First double winners, first british team to win a major euro trophy, were the mighty spurs waking from our slumber.

  4. Celtic were the first British club to win the European Cup in 1967 but Spurs were the first team to win a Major European Major Throphy in 1963
