A late change has been made to the Spurs side vs Man Utd

Tottenham Hotspur have announced that they have made a late change to the squad which faces Manchester United this evening.

Erik Lamela, who was named among the substitutes picked up an injury during the warm up and has been replaced on the bench by Luke Amos, who had been travelling as a back-up player.

It is another frustrating injury blow for the winger who has been riddled with problems since he made the move from AS Roma.

He looked sharp when he came off the bench in last Saturday’s 3-1 win against Fulham at Wembley with his driving run helping to set up Harry Kane’s first ever goal in the month of August.

Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris (C), Trippier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Dier, Dembele, Eriksen, Lucas, Dele, Kane.

Subs: Vorm, Aurier, Davies, Sanchez, Winks, Amos, Llorente
