Tottenham Hotspur’s kit launch earlier today has sparked reaction from the North London faithful’s fanbase.
Some Spurs fans have been sharing their opinions on the club’s new away playing strip for the 2020/21 season.
The away kit features a completely new shade of green which has not previously been a part of the club’s playing strips of years gone by.
It has been claimed by the Nike design team that they have taken inspiration from style and colours of London streetwear.
The dark green design also contains flashes of neon pink and yellow in another decision which appears to have split the approval of supporters.
As part of the club’s initiative to reduce their impact on the environment, the kit has been made from recycled plastic bottles which were turned into a recycled polyester material.
Here is what some fans have had to say after taking a closer look at the new away kit.
Horrible.
What is the thinking behind that pea green ?
And once again with the splashes of red wtf.

Normally buy the blue away kit most years. Green makes it look like Norwich, not a Spurs colour for me!

Wasn’t a fan at first, Spurs are not green, but definitely looks better on and with dark shorts

Are we fielding 11 goal keepers? Definately gonna park the bus and win a trophy! ?

I really like it, the more I look at it, the more it grows on me.

Looks like a Liverpool away kit. Not true to the culture of our club colours. Poor effort. Little thought gone into it

Does green have anything to do with our history? Can't see why they've chosen it.
