AVB refusing to panic

Andre Villas-Boas is refusing to panic after Spurs have suffered three defeats on the trot.

We travel to Swansea this afternoon looking to get back to winning ways and to continue our quest for Champions League football. It’s a boost that Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon are due to start, while Michael Dawson is fit to take his place in defence.

It’s a massive game for us and nothing short of three points will do. COYS!!

AVB said: “We believe in our team and we haven’t lost our confidence.

“Even if we had beaten Fulham in our last game, we would have still needed to win against Swansea.

“You want to win the most amount of games that you can. Our responsibility doesn’t shift just because we had a bad result against Fulham.

“We just have to make sure we get the minimum amount of points to be within that range of 70 points at the end of the season.

“That normally allows you to be in fourth place.”
