No chance will AVB rest key players

Andre Villas-Boas has no plans to rest his best players in the Europa League tonight against Inter Milan.

We will already be without Gareth Bale for the clash at the San Siro and despite us taking a three goal lead into the second leg, AVB will not be resting any key players.

That means the likes of Aaron Lennon, Mousa Dembele and Jermain Defoe will all line up against Inter – AVB is right not to risk collapse in the game.

“No chance,” the Tottenham manager said when asked if was considering fielding a weakened team.

“There is no scoreline that could make us change six or seven players so we will play a strong team to make sure we go through in this competition.

“We take this game very seriously.”
