Confirmed Line Up: Everton vs Spurs

Mauricio Pochettino has named his Tottenham Hotspur side for this afternoon’s match against Everton.

Spurs are back on Merseyside for the second time in the space of a week and will be looking to put their disappointing 2-1 defeat at Liverpool behind them.

The Spurs boss has been forced into changing his starting eleven which includes a change at left back following Danny Rose’s absence. As feared, there is no sign of Harry Kane in today’s squad.

The England international picked up his fifth booking of the season at Anfield which means he had to serve a one match ban.

Everton have won seven of their last nine Premier League home games. The Toffees have kept a clean sheet in seven of their last 10 Premier League matches at Goodison Park.

Tottenham have lost 18 games in all competitions in 2019, their most in a calendar year since 2008 (19) and will be looking to stop the rot today.

This is who starts for Tottenham Hotspur against the Toffees.
