Jose Mourinho has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in tonight’s Carabao Cup clash against Chelsea.
Spurs booked their place in the fourth round of the competition after Leyton Orient’s COVID-19 outbreak meant that the League Two outfit had to forfeit the tie while Chelsea comfortably dispatched Barnsley 6-0.
Mourinho is unable to call upon the services of Heung-min Son after the South Korean suffered a hamstring injury during the first half of Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Newcastle United.
With rounds two and three along with tonight’s round having been played in consecutive weeks, should Spurs progress they will be relieved to know that there will be a break in the competition with the quarter-final ties taking place in December.
