Confirmed Line Ups: Manchester City vs Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has picked his side for this afternoon’s Champions League Premier League fixture against Manchester City.

Both sides meet at the Etihad Stadium for the second time in the space of four days and many are wondering how the match can follow the intensity and drama of Wednesday evening.

There is no doubt Pep Guardiola will be looking to see his men bounce back from their European exit, while Spurs have the motivation of trying to tighten their grip on a top four finish.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are looking to become the first team since Liverpool in 2008-09 to win away in the Premier League against both Manchester clubs in the same season.

Tottenham have won all five of their Premier League games without Harry Kane this season. They last lost without the England striker taking part against Man Utd back in October 2017.

This is who starts…

Man City: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Laporte, Zinchenko, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Foden, Bernardo, Sterling, Aguero (C)

Tottenham Hotspur: Gazzaniga, Foyth, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Vertonghen (C), Davies, Dier, Eriksen, Dele, Lucas, Son.
