Dele Alli injury blow for Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur seem to be picking up injuries left, right and centre at the moment and Dele Alli is the latest injury casualty.

The midfielder who was back to his best during the 3-1 demolition of Real Madrid on Wednesday night has picked up a hamstring strain and misses today’s Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at Wembley.

Dele joins Toby Alderweireld on the sidelines with a hamstring strain, with Harry Kane having also picked up a slight strain recently, but has since returned to action.

The Sun claim that Dele will be sidelines for two weeks with the strain, while we are still awaiting confirmation on the severity of Alderweireld’s.

Also currently in the injury room are Hugo Lloris (groin) and fellow keeper Michel Vorm (knee). A worrying time on the injury front.
