Everton vs Tottenham

Roberto Martinez handed a home debut to teenage left-back Brendan Galloway for Everton’s final game of this season against Tottenham at Goodison Park.

Kevin Mirallas replaced Spurs loanee Aaron Lennon in the only change from the XI which started in the victory at West Ham while outgoing defender Sylvain Distin was included among the substitutes.

Retiring goalkeeper Brad Friedel was not part of the Spurs squad, with the club confirming he was missing because of a shin injury, and left-back Danny Rose was also absent due to a dead leg, with Mousa Dembele coming into the starting line-up instead.
