“Foyth to pocket Sancho” – Some Spurs fans react the team news vs Dortmund

Some Tottenham Hotspur have taken to Twitter to react to the Tottenham Hotspur line up for this evening’s Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund.

Mauricio Pochettino has decided to start with four players who play primarily as centre backs in Toby Alderweireld, Juan Foyth, Davinson Sanchez and Jan Vertonghen.

It looks like Spurs will be playing a 3-4-2 formation with Serge Aurier and Jan Vertonghen operating as wing-backs.

Lucas Moura is chosen ahead of Fernando Llorente who is on the Spurs bench which also includes a return to the squad for Erik Lamela, who has recovered from the back spasm which kept him out of the win against Leicester.

Danny Rose is also among the subs and if fit enough following his shin injury could feature towards the end of the first round tie.

If Spurs can keep themselves in the tie, they could be boosted by the return of Harry Kane and Dele Alli for the second leg.
