(Gallery) Spurs 1-0 Stoke: Half-Time

Tottenham have actually scored the first goal in a Premier League game for a change! Okay, well technically a Tottenham player didn’t score the goal, but who cares, we lead 1-0 at half time.

The goal on 21 minutes came from good work down the left flank from Son who took on Stoke’s Thomas Edwards and his cross was headed past the helpless Jack Butland by skipper Ryan Shawcross.

We’ve had other chances to extend our lead further, notably Harry Kane who was onside and had the goal begging at his mercy but dragged his shot inches wide of the post when you would have put your house on him scoring.

Below, we’ve put together a gallery of the best match action shots from the first half of action at Wembley.
