Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly close to signing midfielder Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon after nearly 18-months of zero transfer activity.
Gianluca Di Marzio claims that the deal has just a few details left to be completed before a €62 move this summer.

Slightly surprising that he is still on this list so many years after leaving, but perhaps that is more of a statement about Levy's lack of spending power in that time.
