Graham Roberts is to the point with his opinion on the new Spurs stadium

It wasn’t just 6,000 Spurs fans who got to have a look around the new stadium earlier today, some former players of yesteryear were also invited to have a sneak peek.

Among the former players spotted at the 62,062 seater stadium were Mark Falco, Martin Chivers and Graham Roberts.

In fact, Roberts was so impressed with what he saw that he decided to take to Twitter to sum up his thoughts on Spurs’ new home in just a few words.

Spurs were scheduled to move into their new home in time for the start of the season before concerns over the new £1billion stadium’s critical safety systems delayed the opening delayed things further with the curtain opener against Liverpool instead moved to Wembley.

The club announced on Wednesday that their Premier League home game against Manchester United on January 13 will be played at Wembley and the club face a race against time to get things ready in time for for the Champions League last 16 knockout stage.

Roberts followed up his earlier tweet with some further thoughts.
