Graham Roberts singles Spurs player out for praise after win at Cardiff

Former Tottenham Hotspur player Graham Roberts was full of praise for Moussa Sissoko after another impressive display.

The French midfielder put in another industrious shift throughout the 90 minutes of the 3-0 win at Cardiff City as he continues to win over the footballing fraternity.

Sissoko has been an absolute revelation for Tottenham this season as he has battled back to revive his career at the club.

The £30million signing from Newcastle United in August 2016 (BBC) had become somewhat of a laughing stock among Spurs fans up until this season.

He only made eight Premier League starts for Tottenham in his first season at the club and consistently disappointed on a more frequent basis during the last year

Part of the fact that Sissoko has been re-born at Spurs is down to the fact that he only underwent his first full pre-season at the start of this campaign which has put him in good stead to kick on and finally prove his worth.

Roberts singled out the 29-year-old on Twitter after his performance.
