Richard Key has claimed that Willian is on his way to Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
The Brazilian has reportedly rejected Chelsea’s offer of a two-year contract after holding out for a three-year deal which will see the 31-year-old become a free agent this summer (UOL Esporte).
Football Insider have previously reported that Spurs are ready to move for the winger on a free transfer and will offer him a lucrative contract to move to North London
Keys, who now works as a presenter for beIN Sports has claimed that Willian has already spoken to Jose Mourinho and is on his way to the Champions League finalists.
Willian has admitted that he is still in contact with Mourinho, after the Chelsea star played for Mourinho at Stamford Bridge from August 2013 to December 2015 whilst revealing that he enjoys living in London and would be open to a reunion with the Portuguese (Daily Mail).
Keys said on The Keys & Gray Show about Willian: “He’s another one that’s already spoken to Jose Mourinho. He is on his way to Tottenham.”
